How To Order On CravingsPH
Direct answer
Open a restaurant's public menu from search, a shared link, or a QR code at the counter. Browse items, add them to your cart with any variant or modifier customisations, review your cart, and submit. For sessionless counter or pickup orders, your order number is the main identifier and you can track the status in real time from the order tracking page.
Find the restaurant
Start by finding the restaurant where you want to order. You can search by name or dish on the search page, browse featured restaurants, open a shared menu link, or scan a branch QR at the counter.
If the restaurant has enabled table sessions, a table QR can also connect your order to the table. For most counter or pickup orders, opening the public menu is enough.
Browse menu and add to cart
On the restaurant page, browse the menu by category using the tabs at the top. Each item shows its name, price, and photo. Tap an item to see full details.
Use the quick add button to add simple items directly, or tap the item to open the detail sheet where you can select variants and modifiers before adding to cart.

Toggle modifiers
Modifiers are optional extras like "Extra Rice", "No Onions", or "Add Egg". Toggle them on or off. Some modifiers have an additional cost shown next to the name.
Customise items
The item detail sheet shows all customisation options. Select your preferred variant from the variant group, then toggle any modifiers you want. The price updates in real time as you make selections.
Use the quantity picker to add more than one of the same item. When you are happy with the configuration, tap Add to Cart.
Tip: You can add the same item multiple times with different customisations — each combination becomes a separate cart item.
Review your cart
Tap the floating cart button at the bottom of the screen to open the cart drawer. Review your items — each shows the item name, selected variant, modifiers, quantity, and line total.
Adjust quantities using the inline picker, or swipe to remove an item. The cart summary shows the subtotal and total at the bottom.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse menus without an account, but you need to sign in before submitting an order so the restaurant knows who placed it.
What does scanning the QR code do?
A branch or counter QR opens the restaurant menu for sessionless ordering. If the restaurant uses table sessions, a table QR can also link your visit to a specific table.
Can I order without scanning a QR code?
Yes. You can find the restaurant through search, open its menu, and place an order from the browser. Some branches may ask for a counter code at checkout to confirm you are at the venue.
Can I order for takeaway or pickup?
Yes. Sessionless counter and pickup orders are the default path for many branches. Restaurants that enable table sessions may also support ordering from a table.
How do I customise my order?
Tap a menu item to open its detail sheet. Select a variant (e.g., size) and toggle any modifiers (e.g., extra rice, no onions) before adding to cart. Required modifiers like steak temperature must be selected before you can add the item.
What happens after I submit my order?
The restaurant receives your order and can accept or reject it. You see real-time status updates on the order tracking page — from submitted through preparation to serving soon.
